- 08:33:16: day starting out rainy, 70degrees
- 08:34:16: my vacation has been good but i havent exhibited the best of health
- 08:36:44: the whole week+half i've been here, i've had congestion on & off, a bad coff, pink eye
- 08:37:59: before i left ohio, i wondered if i was coming down with something.
- 08:39:10: yesterday my eyes were better but the raw skin around my eyes was insufferable
- 08:40:28: every time i woke up during the night last night, i had to use a wet washcloth to unstick my eyelids
- 08:43:34: i've used my albuterol inhaler a lot since i've been here

- 10:12:07: i said my eyes were better. i hope that's not wishful thinking. they are awful watery right now
- 11:03:46: didnt swim, only waded in the ocean yesterday. every once in a while a wave would get me knee-deep
- 11:05:30: the water was warm, but i didnt have on swim trunks. still, i got the bottoms of my shorts wet
- 11:07:14: we had dinner at an oceanfront restaurant called Archies. it's a beach bum kind of place, been there since 1947
